The opening of another fascinating and undoubtedly popular attraction in Dubai is opening tomorrow. The launch of the new Madame Tussauds Museum will take place in Dubai on Thursday, October 14. Visitors will be able to see incredible wax replicas of many celebrities and the most influential world leaders presented at the exhibition, the realism of which is simply breathtaking. For example, you can see and even take selfies with celebrities such as Justin Timberlake, Shahrukh Khan (Badshah of Bollywood), Queen Elizabeth 2, Kylie Jenner, Cara Delevingne, Vin Diesel, Cristiano Ronaldo, Jackie Chan and many more. The guest list of waxworks will feature 60 world-class superstars from the categories of film, television, fashion, sports and music, including 16 brand new wax figures of famous faces and members of royal families from the Middle East.

In addition, one of the most fascinating aspects of the museum is the fact that a  new technology was used to create the figures, as well as an authentic 200-year-old technique. Although the museum’s owners have changed and improved the techniques, the museum still relies heavily on the same original methods that Madame Marie used two centuries ago to create her figures.

Madame Tussauds Museum in Dubai will be the first-ever wax museum in the GCC. The establishment is located on Bluewaters Island next to the recently opened tallest Ferris wheel in the world – Ain Dubai. According to the words of Sanaz Kollsrud, General Manager of Madame Tussauds in Dubai, it will be the 25th global edition of the waxwork attraction. The Wax Museum will not only bring novelty to Dubai’s extensive portfolio of attractions but also strengthen Bluewaters Island’s position as a global tourist destination.

The cost of a standard admission ticket to the exhibition is AED 135 (USD 36) for adults and AED 110 (USD 30) for children from the ages of 3 to 11 years, but children under the age of 3 will be admitted free of charge, if accompanied by an adult, of course. It is recommended to pre-book the date and/or time of your visit in order to make sure you can attend the exhibition on your preferred scheduled date. You can buy a ticket at the museum ticket office, or online via the museum’s official website. In this case, by buying tickets online, you can save a little money, as their cost will be AED 122 (USD 33) for adults and AED 99 (USD 27) for children ages 3-11.

You can reach the Madame Tussauds Wax Museum by any means of transportation that is convenient for you. On public transportation, the route can be accessed in two ways:
