The premium business conglomerates, EssKay Holdings and Peace Home Real Estate Group, announced a joint real estate development company called Empire Developments. The official press release will be published by late August, with key details on upcoming projects and regional expansion plans.

At the moment, Empire Developments is at the final stage of its first residential project, called Empire Residence. It is located in the popular neighbourhood of Jumeirah Village Circle. Development details and sales performance will be revealed at the Empire Developments official launch.

According to Kamran Ghani, Chief Executive Officer of Empire Developments, the company will offer affordable, high-quality properties thanks to its long-standing residential and hospitality experience and real estate brokerage background. Empire Developments aims to cater to expanding mid-income and salaried expat residents in Dubai, allowing them to easily own a private home.

Empire Residence sold out within just a few days of its launch in 2022. Such a tremendous performance clearly demonstrates the boom in the real estate market in Dubai and strong investment potential of local properties.
