DAMAC Properties has become Dubai’s first developer to collaborate with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) on creating a new registrations procedure. The agreement was signed between Aqil Jaffar Ali, Senior Vice President of DAMAC and Majid Saqer Al-Marri – CEO of the Real Estate Registration Sector at the Dubai Land Department (DLD).

Thanks to this initiative, the master developer will have an undeniable advantage, as it will be possible to register a sales transaction directly through the DAMAC Properties office from the point of purchase. As a result, the transactions will become faster, which will have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. At the same time, such dedicated partnerships help promote Dubai as a global leader in transparency, governance and property investment, according to Majid Al-Marri.

Last year (2022) was the best on record for DAMAC Properties, since the company registered a net profit of AED 1.4B (USD 381.2M). Such a fantastic performance is attributed to its outstanding customer service and high-quality developments. DAMAC Properties started 2023 with the launch of DAMAC Bay by Cavalli on Emaar Beachfront and Mykonos in DAMAC Lagoons, both of which are in strong demand among both local and international homebuyers.
