Binghatti, who is one of the major property developers in the UAE, is set to build the world’s tallest residential structure in collaboration with the iconic jewellery company; Jacob &Co. Called Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences, the record-breaking luxury complex will be nestled in the dynamic Business Bay area, and is set to comprise of more than 100 floors, while its height has not been released yet. The current record for the tallest residential-only building belongs to the Central Park Tower in New York 1,549 ft high.

The breathtaking design of the envisioned opulent tower will be inspired by the complex horological movements in the ultra-refined Jacob & Co watches. The peak of the branded development, meanwhile, will be adorned with the diamond-shaped spires reminiscent of an actual crown. Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences will offer a bespoke range of 2-bedroom apartments in The Sapphire Suite Collection and 3-bedroom apartments in The Emerald Suite Collection. In addition, there will be 5 limited edition high-spec penthouses, which will come in 3 types – Fleurs De Jardin, Astronomia and Billionaire. That being said, the Billionaire penthouse is set to become one of the emirate’s most exclusive properties.

Offering elevated uber-luxe living, Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences will feature numerous levels dedicated to unrivaled amenities, from a vast lounge and a private event area, reserved for Jacob & Co, to an infinity pool overlooking the Dubai skyline, as well as a luxury spa and a gym.
